Terms & Upload Conditions

These terms apply to every order placed with The Aviation Gift Co. Please read the upload conditions carefully — by uploading an image you confirm you accept them.

1. Your uploaded images

Our products are made to order from images you provide. When you upload an image, you confirm and warrant that:

• You took the photograph yourself, or you otherwise own it or hold all rights and permissions necessary to have it reproduced and printed.
• The image does not infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights of any third party.
• You have the consent of any identifiable person shown in the image.
• The image is lawful and not offensive, and you are entitled to use it for the product you have ordered.

2. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold The Aviation Gift Co. harmless against any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from any image you upload, including any claim that it infringes a third party's rights or breaches the warranties in section 1.

3. Our right to refuse or remove content

We may, at our sole discretion and without liability, refuse, cancel or refund any order, and remove or delete any uploaded image, where we reasonably believe it breaches these terms or any third party's rights, or following a valid complaint or takedown request. If you believe an image has been used in breach of your rights, contact us and we will act promptly.

4. Trademarks and brands

We print images supplied by you and do not claim any affiliation with, or endorsement by, any airline, aircraft manufacturer, airport or other brand that may appear in your image. Any trademarks shown remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Made to order & returns

Because every item is personalised and made to order, it is exempt from the usual right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations once production has begun. This does not affect your statutory rights: if an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we will replace it or refund you. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

6. Printing, delivery & pricing

Items are printed and shipped by our production partner (Gelato) in the UK and typically dispatched within 2–4 working days. All prices shown include free UK delivery. Colours may vary slightly from screen to print.
