Personalised & made-to-order items
Because every item is personalised and made to order, it is exempt from the usual right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations once production has begun.
Faulty or damaged items
This does not affect your statutory rights. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we will replace it or refund you. Contact us at orders@aviation-gifts.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
Wrong item received
If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 14 days and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
